REPORT SUMMARY
PATIENT
A 61-year-old female with severe solar
elastosis, post-acne scarring, and
midface volume loss presented with poor
skin quality.
nm laser (35 mJ/pulse, 1.5 mm spacing).
Two sessions, spaced two months apart,
led to improved tone, elasticity, and
hydration, with significant reduction in
wrinkle depth and acne scarring.
TREATMENTS
Treatment combined non-crosslinked
hyaluronic acid (Hydro Deluxe, 2.5 ml,
fan technique with 25G cannula) and
LaserMe a non-ablative fractional 1470
RESULTS
The combined approach proved rapid,
effective, and well tolerated, offering
visible rejuvenation without invasive
intervention.
