REPORT SUMMARY
PATIENT
52-year-old female, Fitzpatrick II,
presenting with aging-related changes
involving both superficial and deep
dermis.
TREATMENTS
A multilevel “sandwich technique” using
Neauvia Hydro Deluxe 2 ml per side
across two sessions one month apart.
One side received 1 ml deep intradermal
injection (30G, 13 mm) + 1 ml superficial
microneedling (0.2 mm).
BEFORE
The other side received 2 ml injected
deeply. A split-face design allowed
clinical and instrumental comparison.
RESULTS
Treating both superficial and deep
dermal layers produced superior
improvement in texture, hydration, and
overall rejuvenation. The dual-depth
stimulation likely enhanced fibroblast
activation at multiple levels, confirming
the benefit of multilevel anti-aging
strategies.
