REPORT SUMMARY
PATIENT
A 56-year-old woman presented with a
painful, retractile post-mastectomy scar
causing limited mobility.
TREATMENTS
Two intralesional injections of Neauvia
Hydro Deluxe (non-crosslinked HA
+ 0.01% CaHA) were administered,
improving tissue pliability, reducing pain,
and enhancing movement.
BEFORE
RESULTS
Clinical evaluation showed decreased
pigmentation, vascularity, and thickness.
POSAS and GAIS confirmed ‘very much
improved’ results. This case supports
non-crosslinked HA as a safe, minimally
invasive option for post-mastectomy scar
rehabilitation.
