Combined use of fractional

of atrophic acne scars

REPORT SUMMARY
PATIENT
A 54-year-old man with long-standing
atrophic acne scars.
TREATMENTS
Underwent six combination sessions of
LaserMe and Plasma IQ. Sessions 1–2 used
LaserMe 25 mJ/2.0 mm plus Plasma IQ;
sessions 3–6 applied LaserMe 35 mJ/1.8 mm
with Plasma IQ focused on deeper scars.
Post-procedure care included topical reepithelialization products.

The protocol achieved visible scar
reduction, smoother texture, and a
more even tone. This minimally invasive
combination proved effective and safe,
providing significant improvement with
minimal downtime.
