PATIENT
A 42-year-old female and a 30–35-yearold male, both treatment-naïve,
presented with midface volume loss, tear
trough deformity, folds, and weak lower
facial support.
TREATMENTS
A tailored protocol was applied using
Hydro Deluxe, Stimulate, Intense, and
Intense LV, delivered via fanning,

botulinum toxin complemented the
female case.
RESULTS
Both patients achieved restored midface
projection, defined jawline and chin,
softened folds, brighter skin, and a
