REPORT SUMMARY
PATIENT
A 21-year-old female (Fitzpatrick IV) with
ice-pick acne scars, post-inflammatory
hyperpigmentation, and a history of
isotretinoin completed 1 year prior.
TREATMENTS
Underwent a single session of LaserMe
(fractional non-ablative 1470 nm).
Parameters: 38 mJ/pulse, 1.8 mm
spacing, 60 pulses/side, 1 pass.
At 1-month follow-up, the patient

showed improved texture, tone, and
pigmentation with positive self-esteem
impact.
RESULTS
Treatment was safe and well-tolerated in
higher Fitzpatrick type, though multiple
sessions may be required for optimal
results.
