Fillers as an adjuvement
treatment for facial
dysmorphism
Dr. Hugues Zrounba
Maxillo-Facial Surgery,
France
REPORT SUMMARY
PATIENT
A 23-year-old male with severe maxillomandibular discrepancy and indication
for double jaw surgery presented with
poor bone support in the midface and
mandibular angles.
TREATMENTS
To complement surgical correction, PEGHA filler (Neauvia Intense Flux, 28 mg/ml)
was injected: midface (3 boluses/side,
BEFORE
1.5 ml), mandibular angle (0.7 ml bolus),
and jawline (1 ml cannula).
RESULTS
The filler provided strong projection,
enhancing facial symmetry and contour.
As a minimally invasive alternative to
bone grafts or PSI, Neauvia Intense offers
durable results (15–24 months).
