REPORT SUMMARY
PATIENT
A 56-year-old male with androgenetic
alopecia (Hamilton–Norwood III).
TREATMENTS
Underwent a combined therapy of
Neauvia Hydro Deluxe mesotherapy
(non-reticulated HA + low-dose CaHA)
followed by LaserMe non-ablative diode
laser, performed bi-weekly over 6–8
months.
BEFORE
RESULTS
Treatment focused on scalp longevity
and regeneration, measuring parameters
such as Hair Mass Index and follicular
density. Results showed marked
improvement in the anterior and midscalp, with +33.5% and +26.5% HMI
increases, while the vertex failed to
respond. This pilot highlights the regional
specificity of combined therapies.
