A 41-year-old male with a recent
left frontal traumatic scar from an
envenomated animal bite and an
adjacent acne scar.
TREATMENTS
Underwent treatment with LaserMe
non-ablative fractional laser and
PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide) for
biostimulation. Session 1 applied 36 shots at
28 mJ, 2.3 mm spacing; Session 2 used 205

RESULTS
The LQ reverse technique stretched scar
margins to enhance laser penetration.
Treatment improved scar texture, depth,
and overall skin quality safely with
minimal downtime.
